Return Policy


We want you to love your planter. If not, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Just contact our customer service team and they will provide you with our simple return instructions. Once the items have been received back and inspected at one of our warehouses, we will issue you a credit for the amount of your purchase. All shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

In order to initiate a return, please contact our customer service toll free number at 1-888-602-9995 and hold for customer service.  A customer service associate will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.  Once the items are received and successfully inspected at one of our warehouses, a credit will be issued in the amount of the item purchase price.  Please note that all returns must be properly packed in their original shipping packages.

Damaged or Defective Items 

We package our products with the utmost care and do our best to ensure that your order arrived to your door safely.  In the event that your order does arrive damaged or defective, we are more than happy to arrange for a replacement to be delivered. Please contact our customer toll free number at 1-888-602-9995 to explain the nature of the issue.  Please ensure to keep all original packaging.

Return Eligibility

In order to qualify for a refund, items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.  Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
